How does Solid Rewards work?

How Solid Rewards works: earning points, the Core, Prime, and Ultra tiers, USDC cashback rates and caps, subscription cashback, referral rewards, and FAQs.

Solid Rewards is our loyalty program. You earn points for the things you already do in Solid, and those points move you up through three tiers with better rewards at each level.

Joining Solid Rewards

To join, open Solid and opt in to Rewards on the rewards screen. Your points start counting from the moment you opt in, so opting in is the first step.

If you have used Solid before opting in, your earlier activity is recognized. See "Early members" below.

How you earn points

You earn points through four actions:

  • Save: 1 point every hour for every $1 you hold in a Solid vault. This applies to all three vaults: USDC, ETH, and FUSE.

  • Spend: 1 point for every $1 you spend on your Solid card. You also earn cashback on card spending.

  • Swap: 1 point for every $1 you swap in the app.

  • Invite friends: 10% of the daily points your invited friends earn, plus cash rewards (see "Referral rewards" below).

Because saving earns points every hour, the size of your balance and how long you hold it have the biggest effect on how fast you climb.

Cashback

Cashback is paid in USDC on every card purchase at your tier's rate, up to your tier's monthly cap. For example, at Core you earn 3% back up to $50 each month. Your rate and cap rise as you reach Prime and Ultra. Cashback is credited 14 days after the transaction settles. See How cashback works and how to spend it.

Subscription cashback (Prime and Ultra)

Prime and Ultra members earn extra cashback on eligible recurring subscriptions such as streaming and music services, paid in USDC. Prime members earn 25% back on eligible services in 2 categories, and Ultra members earn 50% back on eligible services in 4 categories, capped at $50 per service per month. Pay for the subscription with your Solid card and the cashback is credited automatically.

Referral rewards

Inviting friends pays both of you:

  • Your friend earns $10 after signing up with your referral link, activating their card, and spending $75 on it.

  • You earn $15 for each friend who completes those steps, plus 10% of the points they earn on an ongoing basis.

Deposit limits

Deposits have no fees at any tier. First party bank deposits are unlimited. Third party bank deposits are capped at 4,000 per transfer.

Early members

If you used Solid before Rewards launched, your early activity gives you a head start toward Prime, so you begin closer to the next tier than a brand new member. You also receive Founding Member status, a permanent recognition of being an early supporter. You will see your starting position as soon as you opt in.

What is available now, and what is coming

Available now: points for saving, spending, swapping, and inviting; cashback at every tier, paid in USDC; subscription cashback for Prime and Ultra members; referral rewards; and the head start for early members.

Coming soon: a yield boost for higher tiers, paid on top of the base yield your savings already earn.

Availability

Solid yield is available worldwide. The Solid card is available in eligible regions only. To check what is available in your country, see "Where is Solid available?"

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything to join?

Yes. Open Solid and opt in to Rewards on the rewards screen. Points start counting once you opt in.

When do my points start counting?

As soon as you opt in. Activity before you opt in does not earn ongoing points, though early members receive a head start (see below).

Do my old points disappear?

No. If you were an early member, your early participation gives you a head start toward Prime, so you begin closer to the next tier from day one.

Why does my points number look different from what I had before?

Solid Rewards runs on a new points system. Rather than carrying old balances across directly, early members get a head start toward Prime that reflects their early participation. You start ahead, not from zero.

Do my ETH and FUSE deposits earn points?

Yes. Deposits in all three vaults, USDC, ETH, and FUSE, earn points at the same rate of 1 point per hour per $1.

Does the FUSE I hold earn rewards?

Yes. FUSE deposits earn points just like USDC and ETH, so the FUSE you already hold can earn in Solid.

How do I reach Prime or Ultra faster?

Deposit more across any of the three vaults, use your Solid card, and invite friends. Saving has the biggest effect because it earns points every hour.

How is the referral reward calculated?

Your friend earns $10 after signing up with your link, activating their card, and spending $75. You earn $15 per friend who completes those steps, plus 10% of the daily points your invited friends earn. Their activity helps you climb too.

What subscriptions are eligible for subscription cashback?

Eligible recurring services such as streaming and music subscriptions, paid with your Solid card. Prime members get 25% back across 2 categories, Ultra members get 50% back across 4 categories, capped at $50 per service per month. The eligible services are shown in the app.

How much cashback can I earn?

Cashback is paid in USDC on card purchases at your tier's rate, up to your tier's monthly cap: $50 at Core, $100 at Prime, and $200 at Ultra.

Are there any fees?

There are no card fees, no deposit fees, and no swap fees at any tier.

Is the Solid card available in my country?

The card is available in eligible regions only. See "Where is Solid available?" for the current list.
