These Solid Rewards Terms and Conditions (the "Rewards Terms") govern your participation in the Solid Rewards program (the "Program"). By tapping "Agree & Join" on the Rewards screen, you accept these Rewards Terms. These Rewards Terms supplement, and form part of, the Solid User Terms. If there is a conflict, the Solid User Terms govern except where these Rewards Terms specifically address the Program.

To join the Program you must have a Solid account in good standing, have completed any required identity verification, be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and be located in a region where the Program and the relevant benefits are available. Some benefits, including the Solid card and card cashback, are available only in eligible regions and are subject to the rules of our card partners. We may decline, suspend, or remove enrollment where eligibility is not met.

Points begin accruing only after you opt in on the Rewards screen. You earn points through the following activities:

Monetary referral rewards for inviting friends are described in Section 7.

Point accrual is based on activity recorded by Solid and may be calculated using the U.S. dollar value of balances and transactions at the time of the activity. We may round, batch, or adjust point calculations, and may correct errors.

The Program has three tiers: Core, Prime, and Ultra. All members start in Core. You reach Prime at 5,000,000 points and Ultra at 35,000,000 points. Your tier determines your card cashback rate, your monthly cashback cap, and certain other benefits.

Members earn cashback on eligible Solid card purchases at their current tier rate: 3% in Core, 4% in Prime, and 5% in Ultra. Cashback is capped each calendar month by tier: up to $50 in Core, up to $100 in Prime, and up to $200 in Ultra.

Cashback is credited in USDC to your Solid account approximately 14 days after the underlying card transaction settles. If a purchase is later refunded or reversed, related cashback may be removed. Certain transaction types may be excluded from cashback, including refunds, reversals, and cash advances.

Prime and Ultra members earn additional cashback on eligible recurring subscription payments made with the Solid card. Prime members earn 25% cashback on eligible services in 2 categories, and Ultra members earn 50% cashback on eligible services in 4 categories. Subscription cashback is capped at $50 per eligible service per calendar month and is credited in USDC. The list of eligible services and categories is shown in the app and may change. Subscription cashback applies only to genuine recurring subscription charges; we may exclude transactions that do not qualify.

The Solid Rewards Program described in these Terms is offered and operated exclusively by Solid. It is a rewards program provided by Solid as an independent benefit to cardholders and users. This Program is not sponsored, administered, endorsed, or guaranteed by the card-issuing bank or financial institution that issues the Card (the "Card Issuer"). The Card Issuer bears no obligation or liability of any kind in connection with this Rewards Program, and any dispute or claim relating to the Rewards Program must be directed solely to Solid. Your Card account terms and conditions, which are governed by a separate agreement with the Card Issuer, continue to apply independently of these Terms.

When you invite a friend using your referral link, referral rewards are as follows:

We may set limits on referrals and may withhold or reverse referral rewards we believe result from abuse, fraud, self-referral, or duplicate or fake accounts.

Points and tier status have no cash value, are not money, deposits, securities, or property, and are not redeemable for cash except as expressly provided through Program benefits such as card cashback. Points are personal to your account, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, assigned, or combined across accounts except as we allow. The Program is a promotional loyalty program and points and benefits are provided at our discretion.

We may suspend or remove your participation, and may adjust, withhold, or cancel points, tiers, cashback, and other benefits, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Rewards Terms or the Solid User Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Points and unredeemed benefits are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated, except where the law requires otherwise.

The Program is offered at our discretion. We may change, suspend, or end the Program, or any part of it, including tiers, point earning rates, thresholds, cashback rates, caps, benefits, and eligibility, at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Your continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Rewards Terms.

Some benefits described as coming soon, including a yield boost for Prime and Ultra members, are not yet available, are not guaranteed, and may change or may not launch. They become part of the Program only when we make them available.

Vault yield is variable and is not guaranteed. Any rate shown as "up to" is a maximum and not a promise of a specific return. Solid is a non-custodial service.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to points, cashback, or other rewards you receive. We may report rewards where required by law.

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your participation in the Program, including lost points, missed tiers, or unavailable benefits. Nothing in these Rewards Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Rewards Terms are governed by, and form part of, the Solid User Terms, including their governing law and dispute resolution provisions.
