Withdrawals from soUSD to USDC happen in two steps:
First withdrawal → converts soUSD to “ready to withdraw” USDC
Second withdrawal → triggers the release of USDC to your wallet
After the second step, processing can take up to 24 hours, usually much faster.
If your withdrawal is pending
Check that you completed both withdrawal steps
Confirm the on-chain status in the Activity tab
Wait the full processing window if step 2 was just submitted
If it’s been more than 24 hours, reach out with your withdrawal tx ID.
