Wrong withdrawal of soUSD to an external wallet — how to get it back

If you accidentally sent your soUSD out of your Solid Wallet to your own external wallet (EOA), you can still complete the withdrawal to USDC.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

To finish the process, you must return the soUSD to your Solid Wallet and restart the withdrawal flow.

Step 1 — Send your soUSD back to your Solid Wallet

  1. In the app, go to:
Profile → Settings → Account Details

  2. Copy your Solid Wallet address

  3. From your external wallet (MetaMask, etc.), send your soUSD back to that address

Once sent, your soUSD will reappear in the app.

Step 2 — Withdraw soUSD properly

When your soUSD is back in your account, it will show a “ready to withdraw” tag.

  1. Tap the three dots next to your soUSD balance

  2. Select Withdraw

  3. Sign the withdrawal transaction

  4. Wait for processing (usually a few hours)

Step 3 — Receive USDC

After processing:

  • USDC will automatically appear in your Solid Wallet

  • You can then send it to any external wallet of your choice
