How to deposit assets from an external wallet into Solid wallet

Solid supports crypto deposits from both the Fuse network and the Ethereum network.

Updated this week

1. Find Your Solid Wallet Address

Your Solid account includes a built-in Safe Smart Wallet, with a single address used for deposits across supported networks.

Steps

  1. Open the Solid app (web or desktop)

  2. Click your profile icon (top-right)

  3. Select Settings

  4. Click Account details

  5. Copy your Wallet Address (starts with 0x…)

This is the address you’ll use to deposit from Fuse or Ethereum.

2. Deposit Assets from the Fuse Network

Supported Fuse assets

  • FUSE

  • USDC/USDT (Fuse & Ethereum)

Supported wallets

  • MetaMask

  • Rabby

  • Fuse Wallet

  • Any wallet connected to the Fuse RPC

Steps

  1. Open your wallet

  2. Switch network to Fuse

  3. Click Send / Transfer

  4. Paste your Solid Wallet Address

  5. Select the asset (e.g. FUSE or USDC)

  6. Enter the amount

  7. Confirm the transaction

Once confirmed on-chain, Solid automatically detects the deposit.

3. Deposit soUSD from Ethereum (EOA Wallet)

Solid also supports soUSD deposits from Ethereum, sent directly from your EOA wallet (e.g. MetaMask).

Important

  • The same Solid Wallet Address is used

  • The network must be Ethereum

  • The asset must be soUSD

Steps

  1. Open your wallet (e.g. MetaMask)

  2. Switch network to Ethereum

  3. Click Send

  4. Paste your Solid Wallet Address

  5. Select soUSD

  6. Enter the amount

  7. Confirm the transaction

After confirmation, the soUSD will appear in your Solid account and can be withdrawn or managed from the app.

4. Where Your Deposit Will Appear

After a successful deposit:

  • USDC/USDT (Fuse & Ethereum) appears in your Wallet balance

  • soUSD (Ethereum) appears in your assets with a Ready to withdraw status

  • FUSE appears under Your assets

Fuse deposits typically appear within seconds to a few minutes.
Ethereum deposits may take slightly longer depending on network congestion.

5. Important Notes

Minimum deposit

  • Deposits must be at least $10 for gasless processing

  • Deposits below $10 may not be covered by Solid’s gas sponsorship

Free on-ramp & off-ramp

  • Solid covers blockchain fees for eligible deposits

  • Solid does not charge deposit fees

KYC requirements

  • Crypto deposits (Fuse & Ethereum) → No KYC required

  • Bank deposits → KYC required

Disconnecting a wallet

If you connected an external wallet during deposit, you can disconnect it anytime by clicking Disconnect in the deposit flow.

6. Troubleshooting

If your deposit isn’t showing:

  • Confirm you sent funds to the correct Solid Wallet Address

  • Verify the network:

    • Fuse assets → Fuse network

    • soUSD → Ethereum network

  • Wait a few minutes for indexing

  • Check the transaction on:

    • Fusescan (Fuse deposits)

    • Etherscan (Ethereum deposits)

If the transaction is confirmed but still not visible after 10 minutes, contact Support via the in-app chat.
