Deposit not showing

If you made a deposit into Solid but the funds are not appearing in your Wallet, Savings, or Card, this guide will help you identify the cause and fix it.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Solid supports multiple deposit methods, each with different steps and requirements.
Below is everything to check.

1. Check the deposit method you used

Solid supports four ways to add funds:

1. Send from your crypto wallet

USDC transfer from supported networks (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Fuse)

2. Share your deposit address

Manually copy/paste or scan a QR code to receive USDC

3. Debit/Credit Card

No fees. Instant onramp using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card

4. Bank Deposit (ACH or Wire)

Requires KYC to unlock. Free and straightforward.

If your funds are not showing, the fix depends on the method used.

2. If you deposited from a crypto wallet

Step 1 — Confirm your wallet was connected

If you used Send from your crypto wallet, make sure your external wallet was correctly connected.
You can verify or disconnect it in the deposit window:

  • Your connected wallet appears at the top (Ethereum))

  • You can also Disconnect and reconnect another one.

Step 2 — Check the network

The Deposit UI lets you choose between:

  • Ethereum

  • Polygon

  • Base

  • Arbitrum

  • Fuse

If you sent USDC on a different network than the one you selected, it might not show.

Step 3 — Confirm on-chain transaction

Open your external wallet or block explorer:

  • Ensure the transaction is successful

  • Ensure you sent USDC, not another token

  • Ensure you entered the correct deposit address from Solid

Step 4 — Minimum deposit requirement

Your deposit must be at least $10.
Anything above $10 is gasless — Solid covers your network fees.

If you sent less than $10, it may remain pending until topped up or retried.

3. If you used “Share your deposit address”

You may have:

  • Copied the wrong network address

  • Scanned a QR for a different chain

  • Sent a token other than USDC

Ensure that:

  • You transferred USDC

  • To the exact deposit address shown

  • On the chain selected (e.g., Ethereum)

In the deposit confirmation screen, you can always:

  • Show QR

  • Copy address

  • Share address

  • See APY, minimum, maximum, estimated time, and status

  • Status should change from Waiting for transferCompleted

4. If you used debit/credit card

Debit/Credit Card deposits:

  • Are instant

  • Have 0% fee

  • Convert USD → USDC automatically

  • Require no blockchain interaction

Check:

  • You clicked Continue after entering the purchase amount

  • Your card payment was accepted by the onramp provider

  • You completed any 3D Secure verification

If the payment failed, you will not see any balance update.

5. If you used Bank Deposit (ACH / Wire)

Bank deposits require:

  • Completed KYC

  • Selecting a payment method (ACH Push or Wire)

Things to check:

  • You completed identity verification

  • You used the instructions provided in-app

  • Your bank accepted the transfer

  • You waited the typical ACH/Wire time window

Bank transfers may take longer than crypto deposits.

6. Check your Activity tab

Go to Activity to see the transaction status:

  • Pending

  • Processing

  • Successful

  • Failed

If it’s Pending, give it a few minutes depending on:

  • Network speed

  • Bank processing

  • Onramp provider checks

Contact Support if needed

  • Your on-chain transaction shows as successful,

  • Your deposit was above $10,

Please include:
