How to top up your card balance

You can top up your Solid Card using funds already inside Solid or directly from an external wallet.

Tap Add Funds on the Wallet home screen, then select Add to card.

You’ll see three options:

Option 1 — Transfer from wallet/savings (Internal transfer)

  1. Tap Add Funds → Add to card → Transfer from wallet/savings

  2. Select the source:

    • Wallet (USDC)

    • Savings (soUSD)

  3. Enter the amount

  4. Tap Deposit

If transferring from Savings, Solid will convert soUSD → USDC automatically before loading the card.

Top-ups are instant.

Option 2 — Send from your crypto wallet (On-chain deposit)

  1. Tap Add Funds → Add to card → Send from your crypto wallet

  2. Connect a wallet (Rabby, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.)

  3. Select the network

  4. Enter the amount and confirm

Once received, the balance updates automatically. You can follow the live status of your deposit in the app, from received to confirmed to credited.

Option 3 — Share your deposit address (Manual transfer)

  1. Tap Add Funds → Add to card → Share your deposit address

  2. Copy the card deposit address or scan the QR code

  3. Send supported tokens to that address from a supported network (works from any wallet or exchange)

Once received, your card balance updates automatically.

Tip

Your Spendable balance always appears at the top of the card screen. From the same screen you can also freeze your card, show card details, and add it to Apple Pay.
