Step 1 — Complete identity verification (KYC)
KYC is required before Solid can issue your Visa Card.
Open the Card tab.
You’ll see your Card issuance status.
Tap Complete KYC.
Select your country of residence.
Submit your ID document and selfie for verification.
Most verifications are approved in a few minutes.
Once completed, the first step is marked with a green checkmark.
Step 2 — Order your card
After KYC is approved:
Go back to the Card tab.
Step 2 becomes active.
Tap Order card.
Your new Solid Card will now be issued.
This step unlocks your card and prepares it for top-ups and digital wallet activation.
Step 3 — Deposit to activate
You need at least $10 deposited in Solid to activate your card.
After depositing, you’ll be able to:
Add funds to the card
Use Apple Pay or Google Pay
Spend online & in-store with Visa
Earn cashback on every purchase
Once ready, the app will show Start spending :)
