1. Open Solid
Get the Solid mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, or open the web app at app.solid.xyz. Then tap Sign up.
2. Choose a username
You'll see the welcome screen asking you to create a username.
3. Secure your account with a passkey
Solid uses passkeys instead of passwords and seed phrases.
A passkey is stored on your device and offers:
Higher security
No passwords to remember
No seed phrase to manage
This makes your Solid account both simple and secure.
Once created, your Safe Wallet is automatically deployed and ready for deposits.
4. Make your first deposit
We recommend depositing at least $10 to open your Savings and start earning yield right away, or to order your Solid Card and make your first purchases.
Where Solid is available
Savings is available worldwide. Creating an account automatically deploys a non-custodial Safe wallet for you, so anyone can deposit and earn yield through DeFi, from anywhere.
The Solid Card and Virtual Accounts (personal ACH/SWIFT bank details) are available only to residents of supported countries.
