App shows wrong balance

If your balance looks incorrect:

1. Refresh your session

  • Hard refresh the page

  • Log out and log back in

  • Clear browser cache

2. Check the Activity tab

You may have:

  • an ongoing withdrawal

  • a pending deposit

  • a transfer that hasn’t settled yet

3. Confirm you’re looking at the correct section

  • Wallet = liquid USDC (You can deposit or withdraw it)

  • Savings = soUSD earning automatic yield

  • Card = Balance available to spend

If the balance is still inaccurate, contact Support.
