You may have:
an ongoing withdrawal
a pending deposit
a transfer that hasn’t settled yet
3. Confirm you’re looking at the correct section
Wallet = liquid USDC (You can deposit or withdraw it)
Savings = soUSD earning automatic yield
Card = Balance available to spend
If the balance is still inaccurate, contact Support.
