KYC not approved — how to fix it

If your verification was not approved, it’s usually due to missing information or an unreadable document.

Common reasons for failure

  • Blurry or low-quality ID photo

  • ID document not supported or expired

  • Selfie does not match the ID

  • Name mismatch between ID and registration

  • Incomplete or missing steps during verification

How to fix it

  1. Go to Card → Complete KYC

  2. Restart the verification flow

  3. Use a well-lit environment and ensure your ID is fully visible

  4. Upload the original document (not a screenshot or photo of a screen)

  5. Ensure your selfie clearly shows your face

If KYC still fails, contact Solid Support and we will review it manually.
