How to fix it
Go to Card → Complete KYC
Restart the verification flow
Use a well-lit environment and ensure your ID is fully visible
Upload the original document (not a screenshot or photo of a screen)
Ensure your selfie clearly shows your face
If KYC still fails, contact Solid Support and we will review it manually.
