Can’t activate my card

To activate your Solid Card, you must complete all issuance steps.

Check the following:

  • KYC is fully approved

  • You are in a supported country

  • You completed the Order card step

  • You have deposited the required minimum (e.g., $10)

From the Card section, you should see a 3-step guide:

  1. Complete KYC

  2. Order your card

  3. Start spending

If any step is stuck, reach out and we’ll help activate manually.
