In the new Solid app, your card is on the Wallet home screen and activation works like this:

Verify your identity (identity document + live selfie, about 2 minutes)

Your free virtual card is activated

Add money to your card to start spending (at least $10 per card deposit)

There is no separate card order step, and no deposit is required to activate the card. Note that the card spends only the money on the card (your Spendable balance), not what sits in your Solid Wallet or Savings. If verification or activation is stuck, reach out and we'll help activate manually.
