Deposit not showing — what to check

Deposits land in your Wallet first, not Savings. Here's what to check if your deposit isn't showing after sending crypto.

First: check your Wallet, not Savings

Deposits land in your Wallet first — not directly in Savings. If you're looking in the Savings tab and don't see your balance, check the Wallet tab first.

To start earning yield, you need to take a second step: go to Savings and tap Deposit.

Follow your deposit's live status

The app shows every deposit's status in real time: from the moment we receive it, through network confirmations, to the funds being credited to your balance. Open the Activity tab (with the Wallet toggle selected) and open the deposit to see where it is and the block explorer link.

Expected deposit times by network

Network

Typical time

Ethereum

2–10 min

BNB Smart Chain

2–5 min

Fuse

Under 1 min

Base

5–20 min

Polygon

5–20 min

Arbitrum

5–20 min

If your deposit is still not showing

Work through these checks in order:

  1. Check the correct tab — look in Wallet, not Savings.

  2. Verify the network — confirm you sent on one of the supported networks (Ethereum, BNB, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Fuse). Sending on an unsupported network may result in lost funds.

  3. Verify the token — only USDC and USDT are supported. Sending another token will not be credited.

  4. Check the minimum — deposits must be at least $10 for Solid's gas sponsorship to apply. Below $10 may not process.

  5. Check on-chain — look up your transaction on the relevant block explorer (Etherscan, BscScan, Fusescan, etc.) and confirm it shows as successful.

  6. Check the Activity tab — open Activity, select the Wallet toggle, and look for a deposit with a "Processing" or "Waiting for network confirmations" status.
